Yvonne E. Sinz, age 84 of Eau Galle, died Thursday, January 15, 2026 at AdventHealth in Durand with her family by her side.

Yvonne was born on July 9, 1941 at Coldstream Farm in Elmwood. She was the daughter of Cyril and Jeanette (Zeilinger) Sinz attended St. Henry’s School and graduated from Elmwood High School in 1959. Yvonne worked her entire career at Security Financial Bank (Security National Bank) for over 40 years as a teller. She was an active member of St. Henry’s Catholic Church, the PCCW, sang in the choir and was a member of the traveling polka choir. Yvonne also enjoyed taking trips with her friend Mel and her favorite trip was a trip to the Holy Land.

Yvonne is survived by her longtime friend Mel Sundby of Menomonie, siblings, Glenda (Marv) Bauer of Durand, Rose Schoeder of Cape Coral, FL, Polly Martin of Durand, Fred (Anne) of Minneapolis, MN, Mary Riebe of Durand, Jerry (Barb) of Edgar, Dennis (Sharon) of Elmwood, John (Cindy) of Menomonie and Joe (Ruth) of Elmwood, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers-in-law, Steve Schoeder, Hal Martin and Gary Riebe and nephews, Kevin Sinz and Jeff Schoeder.

Funeral Mass will be 11:00AM Thursday, January 22, 2026 at St. Henry Catholic Church in Eau Galle with Rev. Junabe V Villapaz officiating. Burial will be in church cemetery. Visitation will be 4:00PM-7:00PM Wednesday at the Rhiel Funeral Home and one hour prior to services at the church on Thursday.

Rhiel Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Durand, is serving the family.
